How are a Condominium and a Townhouse Different?

Glad you asked...
The main difference between homes called condos and townhouses is that the townhouses are usually composed of mulitple living units, that are on several levels, designed for bigger familes, typically with at least two bedrooms, wherease condos can be a lot smaller and refers also to a type of ownership of a living unit. Townhouses are generaly luxurious, compared to buildings such as rowhouses, because they usually are older, more prestigious and enduring buildings.
