When do Potatoes Go Bad?

Potatoes will take a longer time to go bad if they are kept at a cooler temperature. If you leave them out in a bag or pantry they will last about two weeks before they going bad. However, if potatoes that are kept at a cooler than room temperature they will last four weeks or longer.
