How Long do You Cook Turnip Greens?

It depends on whether you are using a gas or electric stove. Gas cooks faster than electric so you obviously won't cook them as long there. It also depends on how many greens you are cooking. I use a gas stove and I like to slow cook mine so they are tender so I only cook mine for about 3 hours.
