How Long do You Cook Salmon?

Salmon is beautiful. If you cook it in a microwave (it's great believe it or not ) just about 5 minutes. It will turn from dark pink to a lighter pick and flaky. The same is true if you bake or broil it. Make sure you put water in the pan in the microwave and then cove it. You actually are stemming it and it tasted great. Again 3 to 5 minutes depending on how thick it is. Salmon is also very good for you ,check it out in healthy food articles !!!!
